Refresh 0001-pkgconfig.patch
Due to upstream [python: Remove Python bindings][1], remove
following patches
- 0002-gpgme-lang-python-gpg-error-config-should-not-be-use.patch
- 0003-Correctly-install-python-modules.patch
- 0006-fix-build-path-issue.patch
Due to upstream [cpp,qt: Remove C++ and Qt bindings][2],
remove cpp and qt bindings
