libgpg-error:: drop -unknown suffix from version number
Include drop-unknown-suffix.inc to remove unknown suffix in runtime
version.
Befor the fix:
$ gpg-error --version
gpg-error (libgpg-error) 1.55-unknown
After the fix:
$ gpg-error --version
gpg-error (libgpg-error) 1.55
