selftest: sstatetests: Exclude all SPDX tasks
SPDX 3.0 introduces a bunch of new SPDX tasks. Instead of explicitly
enumerating them all, modify the regex to match 'create_.*spdx' which
will cover all of the SPDX 2.0 and SPDX 3.0 tasks
