bitbake: toaster: remove SSTATE_MIRRORS from projectconf
Remove SSTATE_MIRRORS from getting blacklisted. Hence the SSTATE_MIRRORS
should be removed from projectconf.html file so that users can know that
this variable is no more blacklisted.
