sphinx: Add support for multiple docs version
Enhance the sphinx experience/nagivation with:
* Remove the pointless looking parts of breadcrumb navigtation
* Add a document type switcher to the breadcrumb navigation
* Add a version selection switch to the breadcrumb navigation
