linux-yocto: update LINUX_VERSION to -rc5
The SRCREVs were previously updated to -rc5, but the LINUX_VERSION
was missed. As such, we are building and booting -rc5, but all the
packaging says -rc4.
Worth a quick update while we wait for -rc6
