rootfs_rpm: Fix DEFAULTTUNE setting in multilib case
"virtclass-multilib" is set to OVERRIDES in multilib.bbclass, remove the
duplicated settings here.
Besides, DEFAULTTUNE has overrided and it can be directly used.
