dt-processor.sh: Add -O option to allow the user to add overrides
Additional MACHINEOVERRIDES can be automatically appeneded by using the
-O option. No validation is preformed, but the value is used in the
generated content. For example:
dt-processor.sh .... -O override1:override2
The generated content will be:
MACHINEOVERRDIES .= ":override1:override2"
