arm-trusted-firmware: Workaround for latest binutils
Current binutils adds a warning:
bl31.elf has a LOAD segment with RWX permissions
--fatal-warnings is enabled when linking, so this triggers a link failure.
Workaround this with --no-warn-rwx-segments.
