Add linux-yocto 3.8 targets
Add linux-yocto-tiny and linux-yocto standard for zynq targets
Kernel configurations (zynq-standard.scc and zynq-tiny.scc) requires
xilinx-kernel-cache, currently on github
Patches bring linux-yocto up to xilinx-v14.5 tag (of linux-xlnx) and must
be applied in the given sequence.
