meta-xilinx-core: conf/layer.conf: Skip PLNX_SCRIPTS_PATH in hash
The PLNX_SCRIPTS_PATH is being embedded into various hashes, but this
does not affect the output of the build in any way. Avoid including
this various in the hash for recipes.
