- With wic plugins rename on OE-Core now can be imported.

- Drop the custom helper to find BootimgPcbiosPlugin plus adapt the code
removing all custom calls and references.
- Finally rename bootimg-biosxen to allow be imported.
Tested with xen-image-minimal and testimage.
