We drop the inline error supression, since upstream has it in
commit c0fffce
New upstream version installs /usr/lib/sysusers.d/libvirt-dbus.conf
for systemd-sysusers user/group creation. Add the directory to FILES
to fix installed-vs-shipped QA error.
