go-dirhash-native: update golang.org/x/mod to v0.36.0-tip

Bumping the pinned golang.org/x/mod commit from v0.27.0 to v0.36.0-2-g087f651
(19 non-merge commits past the previously-pinned tag). The recipe's PV
stays at "1.0" since it is a wrapper for the dirhash helper, not a
version of x/mod itself.
