podman-compose: update to 1.5.0
Shortlog of changes since 1.4.0:
- Implement 'up --no-recreate'
- Add support to set --route of podman network create
- Implement environment variable interpolation to YAML dictionary keys
- Properly surface errors from 'push' command
- Hide stack trace shown on YAML parse error by default
- Migrate to PEP 621 project metadata
- Migrate to SPDX identifier for the license
