mesa-pvr: bump srcrev and drop conditional logic
Bump the SRCREV to include some useful patches that:
- Fix the ROGUE segfault issue introduced by SGX (this was what
the old conditional logic was addressing)
- Fix destruction of event queue with proxies still attached
