linux-raspberrypi: Refactor kernel recipes
We use this to simplify the update process. Updating a kernel version will not
require renaming the recipe but only tweaking LINUX_VERSION.
Update kernel version:
- bump SRCREV
- bump LINUX_VERSION if needed
