Add EXTRA_OECONF to resolve configure failure:

| checking for glib-compile-resources... configure: error: could not find glib-compile-resources. You can run:
| ./configure GLIB_COMPILE_RESOURCES=/path/to/glib-compile-resources
| to provide a custom location for it.
