python3-cytoolz: upgrade 1.0.1 -> 1.1.0

- Add support for Python 3.14, PyPy 3.11
- Drop support for Python 3.8, PyPy 3.8
- Add experimental (untested!) support for free-threading, including building wheels
- Update to match toolz 1.1.0
