mariadb: deprecate mysql* names
Fix following warnings:
/usr/bin/mysql_install_db: Deprecated program name. It will be removed in a future release, use 'mariadb-install-db' instead
Upstream commit [1] deprecate mysql* names, use the new name to
fix above warning
