xfce4-screensaver: Require systemd and pam distro featuresmaster-next
it has hard dep on libpam at runtime, and needs login manager
as well, systemd is default, it can be beaten to work with
eulogin but it needed patching.
Therefore, limit this package to systemd+pam enabled distros

ERROR: Nothing PROVIDES 'libpam' (but /srv/pokybuild/yocto-worker/metrics/build/meta-openembedded/meta-xfce/recipes-apps/xfce4-screensaver/xfce4-screensaver_4.20.2.bb DEPENDS on or otherwise requires it)
libpam was skipped: one of 'pam systemd' needs to be in DISTRO_FEATURES
Or, similarly:

systemd was skipped: using DISTRO 'poky', which is missing required DISTRO_FEATURES: 'usrmerge systemd'
