python3-aspectlib: Fix pytest compatibility
Partially backport upstream commit to fix pytest compatibility issue.
Fixes pytest errors e.g.
| pytest.PytestRemovedIn9Warning: The (path: py.path.local) argument is deprecated, please use (collection_path: pathlib.Path)
