ntfs-3g-ntfsprogs: update UPSTREAM_CHECK_GITTAGREGEX
Update UPSTREAM_CHECK_GITTAGREGEX to check the correct latest stable
verison.
Before the patch:
$ devtool latest-version ntfs-3g-ntfsprogs
