python3-twitter: set CVE_PRODUCT
The product's CPE doesn't use "python" as the vendor, set the CVE_PRODUCT
accordingly.
See CVE db query:
sqlite> select * from products where PRODUCT = 'tweepy';
CVE-2012-5825|tweepy|tweepy|-|||
