fd-find: Add fd-find recipe
fd is a simple, fast and user-friendly alternative to 'find' written in rust.
Add recipe for the latest release (10.3.0)
- Ignores hidden and .gitignore files by default
- Supports regular expressions and highlights matches
- Faster and easier to use than traditional 'find'
