php: upgrade 8.4.15 -> 8.5.0
1. Changelog:

2. Remove opcache-related options as it was not in 8.5.0.
3. Fix FILES:${PN}-fpm to resolve following error:
ERROR: php-8.5.0-r0 do_package: QA Issue: php: Files/directories were installed but not shipped in any package:
/usr/share/php
/usr/share/php/fpm
/usr/share/php/fpm/status.html
Please set FILES such that these items are packaged. Alternatively if they are unneeded, avoid installing them or delete them within do_install.
