Upgrade to release 25.8.0:

- Refactor AwesomeVersion comparison methods and optimize regex
  patterns for performance
- Refactor AwesomeVersion comparison methods for improved
  validation and strategy handling
- Replace poetry with uv
- Update pr template
- Fix compound modifier comparison
