bpftool-native: Empty DEBUG_PREFIX_MAP_EXTRAHEADmaster-nextmaster
Most host gcc doesn't support -fcanon-prefix-map right now, so
empty DEBUG_PREFIX_MAP_EXTRA to fix the below build error.
