rsnapshot: fix host path in rsnapshot.conf.default
Fix host path for commands: mount, umount:
.../tmp/sysroots/x86_64-linux/bin/mount -> /bin/mount
.../tmp/sysroots/x86_64-linux/bin/umount -> /bin/umount
