dbus: remove activation workaroundyocto-5.3.4yocto-5.3.3yocto-5.3.2yocto-5.3.1yocto-5.3whinlatter-5.3.2whinlatter-5.3.1whinlatter-5.35.3_M3whinlatter
Since "dbus: add message-bus PACKAGECONFIG" the message bus isn't built
in nativesdk builds, so this workaround is no longer needed.
This also means that dbus-launch and dbus-run-session are not built, so
remove them from the FILES.
