Migrate from SOC_FAMILY to MACHINEOVERRIDES
MACHINEOVERRIDES way is more straightforward than SOC_FAMILY, so migrate from
SOC_FAMILY to MACHINEOVERRIDES for NXP QorIQ PPC targets.
This also aligns with NXP MCU i.MX.
