| Add an oelint-adv wrapper, default release setting, and layer-specific constant database so standalone lint runs know the variables and overrides expected by this layer. Tested with: git diff --check. contrib/oelint/run-oelint.sh still exits non-zero because of existing layer findings outside this wrapper.
