Move to the nxp-imx branch and commit used by the LF6.18.37_2.1.0
release (9d50bad). Compared with the current commit, the only change is
the release SBOM file.
Tested by building it for imx93-11x11-lpddr4x-evk.

The top-level CMakeLists.txt still declares
cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 3.0.2), and CMake 4 removed
compatibility with versions older than 3.5, so do_configure fails:
Compatibility with CMake < 3.5 has been removed from CMake.
Pass -DCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM=3.5, as isp-imx already does.
Tested by building it for imx93-11x11-lpddr4x-evk.

It DEPENDS on python3-pybind11 and RDEPENDS on python3-pillow, both from
meta-python, which the layer does not require, so bitbake world broke
for imx93 machines without it, failing yocto-check-layer
test_machine_world. Checked with -S none world on imx93-11x11-lpddr4x-frdm;
task signatures are unchanged when meta-python is present.
