imx93-evk.inc: Rework
- Consolidate UBOOT_CONFIG and IMXBOOT_TARGETS setting in .inc
- Drop UBOOT_CONFIG 'ld' which is not supported
- Facilitate easy override of IMXBOOT_TARGETS types
