weston: Document i.MX-fork SUMMARY override for oelint

weston_10.0.5.imx.bb and weston_14.0.2.imx.bb are the i.MX forks of the
OE-core weston recipe: their top section is a verbatim copy of OE-core
(see the "OE-core copy" / "Upstream hash" header), and the "i.MX
overrides" section below re-sets SUMMARY to "..., i.MX fork". The copied
line 8 SUMMARY matches OE-core exactly, so setting it in both sections is
the file's intended design, but oelint.var.override reports the copied
assignment as fully replaced.

Rewriting or dropping the copied line would diverge from the OE-core
recipe it mirrors. Annotate the copied SUMMARY assignment with an inline
"# nooelint: oelint.var.override" (UPSTREAM-PARITY) in both version
files instead.

Comment-only change; no recipe output is affected.
