imx-gpu-apitrace: Drop the inert Python3_ROOT_DIR hint
The path was ${STAGING_BINDIR_NATIVE}/python3-native with the sysroot
prefix stripped, so it named no real directory. cmake.bbclass already
passes -DPython3_EXECUTABLE:PATH=${PYTHON}, which python3native sets to
the native interpreter, so the hint never contributed. Verified on
imx8mm-lpddr4-evk: both configure logs report the same "Found Python3:
.../recipe-sysroot-native/usr/bin/python3-native/python3 (3.14.6)".
