weston: Accept the upstream variable order in the copied bodies

DEPENDS, SUMMARY and RDEPENDS sit where OE-core's weston places them, and
both forks copy that layout verbatim at the hash in their headers.
Reordering here would diverge the copies, so the findings are documented
inline instead. Comments only; effective metadata is unchanged.
