imx-dpu-g2d: Order DEPENDS and fix do_install copies per oelint

Address the oelint findings for the recipe:

- Order the DEPENDS entries so the ${LIBGAL_IMX} reference precedes the
  literal libdrm (dependsordered sorts ${...} tokens first).
- Replace the "cp -d" and "cp -Pr" calls in do_install with a bare
  "cp -R". GNU cp defaults to -P under --recursive, so the versioned
  shared-object symlinks and the header tree are still copied verbatim,
  and the bare recursive form clears task.nocopy.
- Accept the musl-specific INSANE_SKIP with an inline # nooelint.

The remaining vars.specific findings on the imxviv/imxmali overrides are
single-file-scan artifacts absent from the full-layer baseline.

No functional change.
