gli: Put DESCRIPTION on a single line
oelint.vars.multilineident flags the two-line DESCRIPTION. Because the
value is a natural-language sentence, indenting the continuation would
inject extra whitespace into the string; collapsing it to one line
clears the finding while keeping the value byte-identical.
