linux-fslc: 6.12.34 -> 7.2.13
Move the recipe to the 7.2.x+fslc branch, at the v7.2.13 tag
(commit 3c172eede0d6).
Tested by building core-image-weston and booting it on the
imx8mq-evk and an i.MX6 DualLite SABRE SD board. etnaviv comes up
(GC7000 on imx8mq, GC880/GC320 on imx6) and Weston runs on DSI-1 and
LVDS-1.
