imx-base: Use the U-Boot boot container for mainline i.MX 93
Mainline U-Boot for i.MX 93 assembles flash.bin itself with binman, and
fails to build when the DDR, ELE and TF-A binaries are not in its build
directory:
Image 'u-boot-spl-ddr' is missing external blobs and is non-functional
imx-boot-container already supports i.MX 93: it stages those binaries
and deploys flash.bin as imx-boot. Enable it for mainline builds as is
done for i.MX 8M.
