imx-gpu-sdk: Drop duplicate /usr/src/debug from FILES
bitbake.conf already puts /usr/src/debug in the FILES:${PN}-dbg default,
so listing it again here is redundant; nothing in the inherit chain
resets that variable. Buildhistory before/after on imx8mm-lpddr4-evk
shows only the FILES declaration losing the repeat, with FILELIST,
PKGSIZE and RDEPENDS unchanged.
