imx-gst1.0-plugin: Always depend on libdrm

plugins/compositor, plugins/videoconvert and tools/grecorder include
libdrm/drm_fourcc.h on every platform.
The recipe only depended on libdrm for imxfbdev:imxgpu.

A distro without wayland and opengl (e.g. an i.MX 91 audio device)
fails in do_compile:

  gstimxcompositor.c:125:10: fatal error: libdrm/drm_fourcc.h: No such file or directory
