glm: Move bbappend to openembedded-layer dynamic layer
Move the glm bbappend to the openembedded-layer dynamic layer because
the matching recipe is provided by meta-openembedded.
This preserves the packaging adjustment imported from
meta-freescale-distro while preventing a dangling bbappend when
openembedded-layer is not enabled.
