gst-examples: Set SECTION to multimedia
The recipe set no SECTION, so it fell through to bitbake.conf's plain
`SECTION = "base"`. Unlike the gstreamer1.0-plugins-* recipes it does not
require gstreamer1.0-plugins-common.inc, so nothing else supplied one.
Placed between BUGTRACKER and LICENSE per the recipe style guide ordering.
Tested on imx8mm-lpddr4-evk: pkgdata SECTION base -> multimedia,
buildhistory unchanged.
