imx93-11x11-lpddr4x-frdm: Allow mainline kernel and bootloader

This machine config was forcing use of the vendor kernel/bootloader via
PREFERRED_PROVIDER variables. However, the recent fslc upgrades to
Linux 7.2 and u-boot 2026.10 include decent mainline support for this
device.

Drop the overrides and select the appropriate mainline u-boot build
config so that the mainline BSP can be used on this device.
