gstreamer1.0: Order LIC_FILES_CHKSUM before DEPENDS per oelint.var.order
Variable-definition order among lazily assigned variables does not affect
BitBake expansion, so this is behaviour-preserving (verified with bitbake -e
before/after showing identical variable expansion).
Tested on imx8mp-lpddr4-evk (oel): task signatures and buildhistory unchanged vs master.
