linux/nf.cfg: CONFIG_NF_CONNTRACK_IPV4 was replaced by CONFIG_NF_CONNTRACK
kernel has replaced CONFIG_NF_CONNTRACK_IPV4 with CONFIG_NF_CONNTRACK.
