5 <para>ENEA NFV Core 1.0 leverages certain Hardware features within the ThunderX
6 SoCs, the most important of them being DPDK and SR-IOV.</para>

8 <para>ENEA's mission, through the OPNFV Armband project, is to extend the
9 OPNFV capabilities on aarch64 commercial servers, including the Cavium
10 ThunderX networking servers. ENEA NFV Core further extends the support for
11 Cavium ThunderX by enabling DPDK and SR-IOV capabilities which do not work
12 by default.</para>
