* xserver-xorg: rewrite xorg-server.m4 patchRoss Burton2018-09-211-25/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | Instead of having a patch that upstream won't accept, rewrite it in a upstreamable way and <gasp> submit it upstream. The fundamental problem is that pkg-config --variable=sdkdir will return the value of sdkdir literally, whereas --cflags will return -I${sdkdir} *but* will do sysroot relocation magic on the path so it is usable. * xorg-xserver: refresh patchesRoss Burton2018-03-111-6/+6
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The patch tool will apply patches by default with "fuzz", which is where if the hunk context isn't present but what is there is close enough, it will force the patch in. Whilst this is useful when there's just whitespace changes, when applied to source it is possible for a patch applied with fuzz to produce broken code which still compiles (see #10450). This is obviously bad. We'd like to eventually have do_patch() rejecting any fuzz on these grounds. For that to be realistic the existing patches with fuzz need to be rebased and reviewed. * xserver-xf86(-dri)-lite: rename to xserver-xorg and xserver-xorg-liteMartin Jansa2011-10-111-0/+30
* xserver-xorg is closer to upstream naming and that's how it's named in OE-classic and meta-oe? It would make meta-oe transition easier and better to do it now then convert meta-oe to xserver-xf86 and then rename it back later.
